SunRay Frequently Asked Questions
How does an infrared sauna work? Infrared heaters in the sauna emit FAR Infrared heat which is a narrow band of energy within the 5.6 to 15 micron level. This type of energy closely resembles the natural human spectrum so it’s easilyabsorbed by the body tissue. The body reacts by sweating profusely which has many health benefits including detoxification, improved blood flow, circulation and weight loss.
Do SunRay Saunas emit EMF? SunRay, unlike many manufacturers, does not use wires to conduct FAR Infrared heat, rather we apply the perfect thickness of ultra-conductive carbon to an epoxy resin panel activated by positive and negative copper strips on either side. The epoxy resin panel is then laminated which results in ultra low EMF levels safe for continuous use.
How is the sauna packaged? SunRay Saunas contain wooden panels that are pre-packaged in cardboard boxes and then placed on a wooden pallet to ensure the sauna arrives without damage. The cardboard boxes can be removed from the pallet and will fit through any door size 24” or greater.
Does the sauna come pre-assembled? SunRay saunas are not pre-assembled. They arrive in panels which are secured together with screws and metal latches. Assembly takes approximately one hour.
How long does it take to assemble the sauna? Most sauna models take about an hour to assemble. Two people are required. For more information on the assembly of the unit please see the assembly instructions.
Are there any special tools required to assemble the sauna? No, the only tool you need to assemble the sauna is a phillips head screwdriver or drill with a phillips head bit.
What voltage does the unit run on? All SunRay saunas use UL listed plugs and operate on 110V. Some larger saunas require a non-standard 20 amp plug and require a 20 amp circuit.
Can I place the sauna on the second floor? Most saunas weigh between 300-400lbs, so yes you can place a sauna on the second floor.
Can I use the sauna outdoors? All SunRay saunas except the outdoor models must be used indoors. They are not suitable for outdoor use. Outdoor saunas require that the cover be placed on them while not in use.
How do I clean the sauna? First, unplug the sauna and make sure it is cool before cleaning. To clean the wooden interior of your sauna mix 3 teaspoons of baking soda into a gallon of warm water. Use a towel to wipe down the interior with the baking soda and water mixture. Then wipe the sauna down with a wet towel and let dry. The glass in your sauna can be cleaned with glass cleaner. If you have an outdoor sauna, use a standard garden hose on a low/mist setting to wash out the interior. Make sure to leave the door open so the sauna can dry.
How often do I need to clean the sauna? The sauna should be cleaned every 6 months or at your discretion if you are using it regularly. Using a towel to sit on while in the sauna will capture a lot of the sweat and thereby reduce the frequency of cleaning the sauna.
How soon will my sauna be shipped after purchase? In stock products will be shipped the next business day following order placement. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped on Monday or the next business day. We try to keep all products in stock however we may not have stock of some items due to demand. There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be situations and delays that our carriers may experience. For this very reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.
Morealis does not cover the cost for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. As soon as we receive the return from you to our warehouse, we will begin to process the return which will take 2-3 business days.
Usually, it takes about 4-10 business days for the item(s) to get back to our facilities. PLEASE DO NOT LEAVE ANY RECIEPTS IN YOUR ORDER. WE WILL BE USING THE SHIPPING ADDRESS ON THE LABEL TO VERIFY YOUR RETURN. Once we start inspections, it usually takes about 24 hours for us to process your return into the system.
Once your return is processed in our system, you will receive an email from us saying that your return has been processed and that you will be refunded to your original payment method. Please note that it can take 5-10 business days for your banks or credit card companies to process the credit and to have it appear back in your bank account.
If your original payment method still did not receive the credit back from us, feel free to message us at email@example.com with the subject line: "CREDIT NOT PROCESSED", order #. Please also mention how long the refund has been initiated for. From there, we'll double check if there were any errors on our systems and help you get your credit back to your original payment method.
Changed your mind?
If for any reason you changed your mind and decided you do not want your order, you may cancel and receive a full refund within 12 hours of your purchase. Once 12 hours has gone up, our team may have processed your order and we may be unable to cancel your order immediately. However, once you receive your item, you have 45 days to return your item to us (please make sure you return the item in its original condition) and you will receive a full refund. If the item arrives damaged or not in original condition (evidence will be provided), we have the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% depending on the severity of the issue. Item arrived damaged?
If your item arrived damaged or is broken from transit, please send us evidence immediately to email@example.com. If a return label is provided, customer is responsible for returning the faulty item back to our warehouse for proper inspection. If a return label is not provided, customer does not need to send the item back to us and may keep the item.
In terms of the replacement item, we will issue a replacement product sent to you within 1-2 business days free of charge. Morealis will take responsibility for shipping damage negligence. If you have used the item and damaged the item while using it, depending on your case and severity of the issue, we may or may not accept your inquiry (depending on the damage).

Thank you for the quick delivery! Unfortunately trying to find a contractor to help with our remodel took a few months. The Forno gas range is beautiful!! The only problem is one of the burners does not ignite and when you turn on the broiler the knobs get to hot to touch… it can burn your hand. The broiler does not stay lit for to long, it keeps shutting itself off. I am not sure who to contact or if I still have a warranty. Is there someone I can call?
Ordered in November but not received until July! And delivery folks didn't want to wait while we uncrated it, but they did. Delivered to our back porch only.
This is a great refrigerator, which can also be programmed as a freezer. Very large capacity with a bottom drawer/basket. Easy enough to install ourselves. We are enjoying the FULL SIZE of refrigeration in one place as we have a full size freezer as well. Very nice product and I would highly recommend. Just be ready to wait for delivery.
The range top works well but the color that I initially wanted is not what I received, I ordered stainless steel with the champagne bronze accent to match my other appliances in stainless steel, but instead, I received a black with the champagne bronze accent. I decided not to return it since I already had the installer that day but I made sure to let the company know their mistake.
I've been looking for an aluminum table for our backyard and this table perfectly suited my preference. I love how simple its design is yet it is solidly constructed. The only con is you need to do constant wiping and cleaning if you want your table to always look neat.
